Terlintas jua Sang Singa Purba...

we did it.... =)

Sang Singa Purba won 2nd place for the GPA Finals woohoo!!!! Hahaha sweet victory man!! Lemme tell you man.. it was really some nerve wrecking victory... I'm still feeling da "high-ness" after yesterdays event.. You know..we really thought we couldn't stand a chance after not winning any of the four special awards.. Puisi Terbaik,Pembaca Puisi Terbaik, Lagu Terbaik, Persembahan Artistik Terbaik.. Like shit man.. And then they announced da 3rd placing..TPJC got it. I was already haning my head low...like dat's it man..we're goin home empty-handed now.. I looked around and i could see the rest.. Like...we nearly lost hope.. Naz was like "Oh my gawd oh my gaaawd~"... And then they announced 2nd place..when they host said "Politeknik" ajer..i'z like "oh my gawd oh my gaaawd!!!! Shit man we won hahaha!!!!" Tak kira lah 2nd place.. Kiter dah terperanjat berok seh!! I'z shocked to my balls man!!

I think the whole team was really caught surprised.. Like...wow!! We were jus screaming and hugging each other. si Shamil dah terdudok tak terbangun sambil cakap "YESSS YESS!!!" hahahaha... Den i think it took quite awhile for us to recover from the shock..someone had to tell us to go and take our trophies onstage man.. Even while walking to da stage i's covering my face and mumbling praises to God.. Hahaha..on stage,i looked at Naz's face and we were screaming like bimbos who jus won cheerleading =p I looked at my other members and i could see all smiles and bright faces.. Ahai... From then on.. we jus carried on with our shocked happiness and went celebrating at Najib's chalet.. hehehe si Afiq nampak adik Najib je dah start jual minyak.. nampak adik dier je step betulkan rambot.. hahaha kekek seh! And then we jus sat at da table eating and joking da night out.. Sigh...how good a day could be.. Like...it was really sweeeeeeeeeet man!~

As i look back..the only thing i could think of are my friends.. whom worked hard along me.. who worked as a team.. who went thru thick n thin.. love and hate.. kicked each other around.. and laughed about silly things together.. They're the ones who made it work.. You guys..are gems man.. We did it with our own sweat and tears.. i would like to this opportunity to pay tribute to the team.. Sang Singa Purba..

Haddad n Izzati, you two really know how to get things going. Such experience don't come easily, but with 2 people having so much leadership and guidance.. my my.. the team is really really lucky and grateful to have u guys. Haddad your puisi inspires us all.. To say it well is to take it into your character... U and Izzati helped us be our characters.. That's how Sazali was born..Tanx =) Izzati, your a gem.. You have alot of that "semangat melayu" in you.. and you're really patient with us.. Hahaha..asik kene tahan perangai Haddad je =p Warm ups are always good haha..and yes you were right.. if we do things with our heart..we can succeed =) We shared our hearts with the audience and judges.. You guys need to get recognized man.. *dah dah takmoh kembang*

Shamil n Jihad, Sham you play the guitar like you were born with it.. Tunes and melodies flow out of those fingers like water.. with ripples that sound of pure music to our ears.. and it helps to kickstart a flow of inspiration.. we're really lucky to have sucha talented musician like you.. Nasib baik aku ajak kau masok GPA =p hahaha.. and tanx for giving births to melodies which makes our songs.. =) Jihad.. i remembered when u 1st slapped my face while covering da act as Ayah Hassan, we all immediately knew we had to take you in.. And you bet u can beat da beat outta dat djembe bebeh hahaha.. And i think i see a perfectionist in you when u try really hard to get something right.. U set the tempo for us.. jus try to not make your mouth expressions too obvious while on stage =p its good to have a fellow Victorian with me right now.. U good man..i looooike~~ =p hahaha

Najib.. my dear shepherd and bus driver.. haha.. you bring a constant smile on your face every time.. its a wonder why you don't get tired.. but waddaheck we like it da way it is heheh.. sumhow you lighten us up even at da worst of times with your jokes and antics.. thanks man..Tanx for arranging bookings for Dance Studio, Audition Room and T11. Although you're fullof shit,u become a serious character when acting.. *thumbs up* Adek dah besar patot jadi badut lah dek~

Khairul.. aka DIVA.. haha.. i can't help it when we joke around man.. dancing in front of da mirror at dance studio.. playing with da trolley.. monkeying around!! i think we're da cause of Izzati's big headaches man.. asik nak bergurau je masa training.. suruh nyanyi abeh kata penat lah, lom ada mood lah.. but your singing sweeps us off our feet.. Promise us you'll go for SG Idol next season k! Really man.. Let no talent go wasted... You're made for the big thing.. Aside from that, you're a good person to talk to,although its only been awhile.. i somehow find it easy to connect with you man.. I guess it happened naturally hehe.. Any doubts or stuff on da play i usually share with you 1st =p hahaha.. Walaupon awak dari atas bukit, takmoh sombong tau..skali skala turun lah kat MLS.. =) I hope you'll stay with us as long as time allows it..

Nazlyn.. minah senget ni.. one moment we can argue so much.. da next moment your joking and laffing like no one's business.. hai.. masa nak make-up pon nak fikir bende mrepek seh!!! haha.. and you always do that funny face.. haha..cam spastic gitu kan?~ =p anyway.. no matter how hard it is..i still manage to work with u well.. eh asal aku asik kene partner ngan kau ah?! ape takda mangsa lain ker.. hahah kkk gurau gurau.. but yeah..you're a nice person... great to hang around with.. jus don't piss her off.. And Naz..i hope this performance with SSP will be sweet memories for u after you grad k girl.. Tanx for helping me out with choreography of our parts =p hahahahaah~

Fahmi.. Mi, kau ni eh.. haha.. Macam macam boleh datang dari kau. Tak abis abis bergelak sana sini.. Lompat lompat joget joget blakang orang.. bila dah penat gi satu corner abeh tido =p But nasib ada kau..ada despatch rider untok gi beli makan =p kk seriously.. your a good example to us. The stories that you tell of your past tells of of how much you know and how much you learnt.. You were not afraid to show us your "battle scars". It means alot to us when people like you show how much the human spirit can help a person stand up after falling hard.. It kindof makes us appreciate freedom much more heheh.. The lighting you did was great for qualifers,sayangnye takda special lighting at Singapore Power. For all that you shared with us...thanks Mi =)

Nadz.. Yes this one our floor manager. I dunno wat job she doing but waddaheck i always see her with Najib =p hahaha! kkk joking je.. Anyway, tanx for being a great company and help to da team, and helping us out as well for da lighting during qualifiers. I knew you since Kem?stery and you're a nice person with a dash of sarcasm sometimes =p hahaha

Huda.. Our boss. You really work hard to get us settled. Juggling GPA and projetcs is tough, i have alotta respect for you.. Your concern for da team shows us how much you want us to do our best, and yes i guess we did do our best! =) Haha, you always giggle and laugh when covering lines for anyone who's absent...sometimes we cant even understand what you're trying to say coz u laugh and talk at da same time.. =p But yeah..i'm really glad that the team have you.. So please stay on and continue to be our boss k? =p

Hadis n Afiq.. ni duer ekor.. hahaha.. Tak kering gusi kalau ada ni duer.. Asik nak bergelak aje. walaupon baru kenal sejak 2 bulan lalu..skarang dah cam rapat giler.. Hadis with his handphone and all those funny videos..no don't remind me of Poontos =p But yea,in this boy is one heckoffa make-up artist! I can't rate his work coz its just too good. He'll paint your face like as if he's painting a story on canvas.. You did some magnificent work on our faces man.. Afiq...haha...everyone thinks you smile funny.. but yeah you've been a great company and great help to da team.. Helped Fahmi with the lighting for finals.. Its great to have you around and join our family.. You and Hadis kelp us lighten up and make us roll on da floor laughing when we're bored haha! Abeh step ghost hunter..tangkap entiti dalam lamp =p

To SSP.. it has been sucha great pleasure working with you guys.. sumhow.. i don;t realli consider it as working.. i think i lived my lives these few months with you guys.. and i enjoyed and appreciated avery moment of it.. For all the sweet and shit.. We're not only a team.. We're family.. I love you guys man.. *dah lah takmoh nangis pulak alaaahai~*
I pray that we could all stick together and do this again next year if God allows it.. So in da mean time.. when are we goin for shisha again? =p
